Randolph Stefanson
Randolph Stefanson grew up in a small town in Northeastern North Dakota. He attended the University of North Dakota and graduated from its law school in 1962. Before joining the law school, he served in the U.S. Army.
Following law school, he served as a law clerk to Justice Martin A. Nelson of the Minnesota Supreme Court.

In 1963, he became a Special Agent of the FBI serving in the Phoenix and Los Angeles field offices. Since October 1967, Stefanson has been with this firm, practicing both in North Dakota and Minnesota.
